The website https://muzerecords.ro (the “Site”) is owned and operated by White Bear Management SRL, a company incorporated in Romania with VAT number RO42774562, having its registered office at Str. Intrarea Nita Pintea 2, Etaj 1, Camera 4, Cod 077190, Ilfov County, Romania (“Muze Records”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).
1.2. These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Site. By browsing or using the Site you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must immediately discontinue use of the Site.
1.3. The Site is purely informational and promotional. We do not sell products or services through the Site, and visitors cannot create user accounts. Any enquiries about recording, label or licensing services must be directed to licensing@muzerecords.ro or the other contact details provided in Section 11.
2.1. Unless otherwise indicated, all content on the Site—including text, photographs, logos, graphics, audio‑visual clips, artist images, and layouts (collectively, “Content”)—is owned by or licensed to Muze Records and is protected by Romanian and international copyright, trade‑mark and other intellectual‑property laws.
2.2. You may view, print and share pages from the Site for personal, non‑commercial reference provided you do not remove any copyright or proprietary notices. No other use (including reproduction, modification, distribution, public display or performance) of the Content is permitted without our prior written consent.
2.3. The MUZE RECORDS name and logo and other marks displayed on the Site are trade marks of White Bear Management SRL. You may not use them without our express written approval.
